Run Today

I am always in a good form!!

Run Today was founded under the name NatuurlijkSportief in 2017 by Michael van der Klei as he thought that there was a need to get people active in a more social way. Run Today kicked of with a first Couch to 5KM course in January of 2017 with only three attendants. Two of those three are still running with us on a regular base. Nowadays, many Couch to 5K’s further, we have a nice portfolio of programs and courses …. and of course ‘Couch to 5K’ is still part of it!!

Running is a great way to get fit, feel better and even form new relationships with other runners. Starting a new running habit doesn’t have to be hard, all it takes is a comfortable pair of shoes and a willingness to move a little (or a lot), all at your own pace. But, many newcomers to running become discouraged by the difficulty associated with the activity because they start too fast and push too hard!

It is our mission to help you become a complete and lasting runner. We do this by sharing our experience and knowledge so you can continue learning to become a technically better, stronger and faster runner. We have classes to suit all levels of runners. We have brought a lot of runners from the couch to 5km, to 10km , half marathon and we even have runners complete the Connemarathon and the Dublin city marathon under our guidance!
